Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. After you have notified us of your right of cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including any shipping costs. Only the return shipping from you to our online store is paid by you as a customer. This cost amounts to approximately €7.25 per package – see your carrier's website for exact prices.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging , together with all accompanying accessories, if reasonably possible.
