What is the delivery time for my order?
When ordering from Vapure, delivery times may be slightly longer than you are used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save a lot on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 3 to 8 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to the high demand for our products, your order may arrive a little later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. Has it been longer than stated and you still haven't received anything? Please send an email to:

We will then investigate what happened to your package.

I want to exchange or return my order – how do I do that?
To return an item, please contact our customer service via: Vapure-management@outlook.com
Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) found in your confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then send you the return address and confirm your return. Once completed, you can return the product using your preferred carrier.

How much does it cost to return?
Returns are at your own expense. The cost depends on the carrier you choose. Check the carrier's website for current pricing information.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You always have 14 days to return the item from the day you received it. Returns are only valid if:
● The return period has not passed;
● The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
● The product has not been used.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via iDeal, Bancontact, credit card and Klarna. If you are unsure which payment methods are available to you, follow the steps on the payment page to see all options.
All transactions are made via secure and reliable payment systems – 100% safe.

I haven't received an order confirmation, what do I do?

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please send an email as soon as possible to: Vapure-management@outlook.com
